To attend our PAYG indoor climbing sessions, you must be a member of the club and you must purchase tickets in advance. If you are not a member of the club, you can apply online below or download and bring the completed form with you.

Tickets will be released at 8am on Thursday, and it will be first-come, first-served. The price is £4 and you will be redirected to PayPal to make payment, either by credit/debit card or your PayPal account.

We are still improving the ticket system, so you might not receive an email confirmation (or if you do, it might be messy), but as long as your PayPal transaction is complete, and you are redirected back to the success page on our site, your slot will be secure. If you are unsure Contact Us.

If you are unable to attend, please reply to your confirmation email or Contact Us and we can refund your tickets, providing you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.

To give everyone a fair chance of getting a slot, please do not purchase more than 4 tickets per session.

Important: Please do not change the ticket quantity once you leave our website. You must select the quantity and enter the names of the people attending before continuing to PayPal.

Do I need to join the club to use the indoor wall?

Yes. JRCC membership includes 3rd party liability insurance through the BMC which is required in order to use the wall. Membership starts at £10 for 3 months, or £25 for the year. Find out more here: Become a Member.

Can my child use the climbing wall?

We do not accept children under 15. If your child is between 15 and 18 we will need a parent or guardian present during the session.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

The club provides all the equipment you will need to take part in the session. The only thing we don’t provide is climbing shoes, but if you don’t have any of your own, just wear some comfortable, well fitting trainers.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. We have experienced members on hand to teach you the skills and techniques to climb safely.

Can I attend other sessions?

Throughout the week, we have other sessions which are block-booked by our experienced members at the start of the season. Once you have demonstrated that you can fit your harness, tie-in correctly and belay safely, you will be told that you have been ‘signed-off’ and we will explain how you can attend these other sessions.

What if I can’t make it?

If you’re unable to attend for any reason, all we ask is that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please reply to your confirmation email or Contact Us to let us know. If you have purchased tickets for the session, we will issue a refund.
